At Thicc Threads, we back our gear. Every hoodie and tee is made to last, and we want you to love it as much as we do.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if your item:

• Arrives with a major fault,
• Doesn’t match the description we gave you, or
• Isn’t of acceptable quality.
  

We don’t argue with the law - you’re covered.

Change of Mind & Size Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Change of mind
• Style preference

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, marks and fake tan
• In original condition

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Thicc Threads is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose:

• Store credit, or
• Refund to original payment method

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

admin@thiccthreads.com

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If confirmed, we will cover return shipping and offer:

• Replacement, or
• Store credit, or
• Refund

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items returned outside the 30-day window
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by a fault

Processing Time

Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your item.

Refund timing depends on your payment provider and may take 3-10 business days to appear.

How to Start a Return

Email admin@thiccthreads.com with:

• Order number
• Name used for order
• Reason for return or exchange

We will provide return instructions.

1. Hygiene clause

Items with makeup, foundation, fake tan, deodorant marks, perfume scent, or pet hair cannot be accepted for return.

2. Condition discretion clause

Thicc Threads reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

3. Shipping protection clause

Thicc Threads is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Stock availability clause

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Sale Items & Limited Edition Drops

Because our collections are limited and made in small runs, all sale items and limited edition designs are final unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
