Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if your item:
- Arrives with a major fault,
- Doesn’t match the description we gave you, or
- Isn’t of acceptable quality.
We don’t argue with the law - you’re covered.
Change of Mind
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind about colour, size, or style once you’ve received your order as your products are made to order.
To avoid size stress, check our size guide carefully before you buy. (Our range goes up to 12XL - we’ve got you covered.)
Faulty or Wrong Item?
If your hoodie or shirt shows up faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered:
1. Contact us at admin@thiccthreads.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. We’ll sort it - whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Returns Process
- Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition (unless faulty).
- We’ll cover the return postage if it’s our mistake.
- We don’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind about colour, size, or style once you’ve received your order as your products are made to order.
Sale Items & Limited Drops
Because our collections are limited and made in small runs, all sale and drop items are final unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
