We ship all orders with Australia Post. Here’s how it works:

Processing Time

• Orders take 1 - 4 business days to process before they leave our hands.

• Processing doesn’t include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• Standard Shipping (AusPost Parcel Post): 2–8 business days within Australia.

Note: delivery times are estimates only. Once we hand it to AusPost, delays (weather, strikes, etc.) are out of our control.

Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number. You’ll receive it by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout as a flat rate. Orders over $100 receive free shipping.

• From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions - keep an eye out.

Missed Deliveries & Wrong Addresses

• Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We can’t replace items sent to the wrong address if you typed it wrong.

• If a parcel comes back to us because it wasn’t collected, you’ll need to cover re-shipping costs.
