Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: We stock sizes Small through 12XL. Every design is made with extended sizing in mind - not just randomly scaled up as an afterthought.
Q: Are your clothes true to size?
A: Yes - but intentionally roomy. We have updated our fits recently because they are designed for comfort, movement, and real bodies. If you like a relaxed fit, order your usual size. If you prefer a closer fit, consider sizing down.
Q: I’m between sizes - what should I do?
A: We recommend sizing up for a comfortable oversized feel. If you’re unsure, check the size chart or message us - we want you to get the right fit the first time.
Q: Are your pieces long enough / wide enough?
A: Yes. Length, sleeve room, and chest space are intentionally generous - especially in our larger sizes. This has changed from our OG fit.
Q: What are your shirts and hoodies made from?
A: Our tees are mid-weight 100% cotton and our hoodies are soft, super warm, and fleecy polyester - designed for everyday wear, that you will love!
Q: Are your hoodies heavy or lightweight?
A: They're a comfortable light-weight, designed for everyday wear without feeling bulky or stiff.
Q: Will the print crack or fade?
A: We recommend sizing up for a comfortable oversized feel. If you’re unsure, check the size chart or message us - we want you to get the right fit the first time!

Q: Where are you based?
A: We're an Australian-owned brand, based in North Brisbane.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days , then shipped via tracked Auspost.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we ship as standard to Australia only. However, we are working towards adding NZ to this soon!
If you live elsewhere, we are happy to provide a postage quote on request.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order hasn't been process yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Q: What's your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
A: Size exchanges are welcome (subject to availability). We know sizing can be tricky, especially with larger sizes - we've got you!
Q: Do you offer refunds on sale items?
A: Sale items are final unless faulty (excluding almost perfect sales when clearly stated in description).

A: We are for anyone who is tired of being excluded by sizing, bored by basic designs and want clothes that feel like them!
Q: Do you use real plus-sized models?
A: Yes. Representation matters, and we show our pieces on bodies that actually wear these sizes.
Q: Why don't you show the founder?
A: Thicc Threads is about our community, not one person. Our focus is on comfort, confidence and feeling seen.
Q: How do I care for my Thicc Threads merch?
A: Cold wash inside out. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry. (If you must use the dryer, turn inside out).
