1. Who We Are

Thicc Threads is an Australian clothing brand making hoodies and tees in sizes Small to 12XL. Limited drops, bold designs, zero shame about size.

2. Using Our Site

  By using this website, you agree not to do anything dodgy (hacking, scraping, reselling, or anything that breaks the law).

  We own all the content on this site - logos, designs, images, copy. Don’t steal it.
  

3. Orders

• 
  Once you place an order, you’ll get an email confirmation. That’s your receipt.
  
• 
  Orders take 1–4 business days to process before shipping. This doesn’t include weekends or public holidays.
  
• 
  We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if something goes wrong (pricing errors, stock issues, fraud flags). If that happens, you’ll get a full refund.
  

4. Pricing & Payment

  All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
  
• 
  Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment gateways.
  
• 
  We don’t store your payment details.
  

5. Shipping

  After processing, your order will be shipped via the method chosen at checkout.

  Delivery times are estimates - we can’t control delays caused by postal services or customs.

  Once shipped, you’ll get tracking details.
  

6. Refunds & Returns

  Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law come first: if your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.

  We don’t offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size. Check the size guide before you order. Our sizing differs from regular size charts due to the oversized nature.

  Limited drops and sale items are final sale unless faulty under ACL.
