1. I’ve ordered before. Do I need the same size?

No - our new Classic Fit runs larger than our OG Fit.

The newly released Classic Fit has:

✔ Larger overall measurements
✔ More room through the body
✔ Wider armholes for comfort
✔ Lower GSM fabric for a softer feel and slightly more give
✔ More relaxed fit overall

If you’ve ordered from us before, many customers may prefer to size down 1 size in the new Classic Fit.

2. What changed between OG Fit and Classic Fit?

We listened to customer feedback and redesigned our fit.

Classic Fit updates:

• More room overall
• Increased comfort through chest/body
• Wider armholes and sleeve openings
• Softer feel with lower GSM cotton
• More relaxed drape
• Better movement

We built our Classic Fit because bigger bodies deserve clothes designed around comfort - not just scaled-up standard sizing.

3. Are your tees oversized?

Yes - but oversized can mean different things across brands.

Our tees are designed with a relaxed fit, not clingy or restrictive. The new Classic Fit offers more room than previous releases.

4. I usually wear a 4XL elsewhere. What size do I buy?

Ignore your usual label size.

Seriously!

Take your favourite tee:

1. Lay flat
2. Measure armpit to armpit
3. Compare to our size guide

That gives the best fit.

5. Why shouldn’t I order based on my normal size?

Because sizing between brands is chaos.

A 4XL in one brand can fit completely differently in another. We recommend measuring because our fits are intentionally relaxed and sizing differs from standard charts.

6. Will the sleeves fit larger arms?

We specifically increased armhole space and improved overall comfort in our Classic Fit after customer feedback.

More room = easier movement + less restriction.

7. Do your shirts cling?

No.

Our goal is comfortable relaxed wear - not tight fitting tees.

8. Do the tees stretch?

The lower GSM in the Classic Fit has a softer feel and slightly more flexibility than our previous heavier structured cotton.

They aren’t designed as stretchy tees - the comfort comes from cut + roomier fit.

9. Are your tees long?

Yes - our cuts lean toward longer lengths because many customers prefer additional coverage.

10. I’m between sizes. What should I do?

Prefer relaxed? Size up.

Previously ordered OG Fit? You may prefer sizing down in Classic Fit.

11. What fabric are the tees?

Our tees are 100% cotton designed for comfort and everyday wear.

The newer Classic Fit uses a slighter lower GSM than the OG design, giving a softer feel and more relaxed movement.

12. How do I wash my tee?

Wash cold, inside out.

Avoid tumble drying where possible.

Do not iron print.

This will protect the prints lifespan.

13. Will the print crack?

Proper washing helps maintain quality.

Cold wash + inside out = best results.

14. What if I order the wrong size?

We offer a 30-day returns on unworn, unmarked items.

15. Can I exchange sizes?

Yes, subject to stock availability.

16. How long does shipping take?

Orders usually process within 1–4 business days then standard Auspost shipping timeframes.

17. Where do orders ship from?

We print and pack in Queensland.

18. Why do you make sizes to 12XL?

Because fashion shouldn’t stop at 2XL.

19. Are bigger sizes more expensive?

No.

We don’t increase pricing based on size.

20. Are these unisex?

Yes - they are designed around comfort rather than restrictive gender fits, with more room in the chest area.

21. Why are your prices higher than fast fashion?

As a small business, we can't order in huge quantities. We aim to do smaller runs regularly to ensure low prices wherever possible.

22. Are you Australian owned?

Yep.

We work with an overseas manufacturing partner in China to produce our products. Finding extended sizing with consistent quality isn’t easy, so we’ve spent time building a relationship with a supplier that aligns with our expectations around quality, communication and manufacturing standards. Every fit update and improvement comes from ongoing feedback between us and our production team.

23. Why should I trust your sizing?

Because we’d rather tell you to measure first than sell you the wrong size.

24. What makes Thicc Threads different?
